Payment Options

We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, Care Credit, ApplePay and all bank cards that display the VISA or MasterCard logo. All payments, co-payments, and deductibles will be collected at the time services or products are provided.

We are pleased to offer CareCredit, the nation’s leading patient payment program. CareCredit allows you to have the services and products you need now—then pay for them over an extended period of time with low monthly payments that fit easier into your healthcare budget. *Requires application and approval from CareCredit.

Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Eye care services and materials are eligible for HSA / FSA reimbursements. You may also combine your vision insurance benefits with HSA / FSA allowance.
If you have an FSA or HSA debit card, you may use this card at check-out, just like you would with a normal credit card. If you do not have an FSA or HSA debit card, you can check-out using other payment methods (credit card, cash, personal checks), and we will provide you with an itemized receipt with the proper codes for you to submit to your FSA or HSA providers for reimbursement.
